As soon as payment has cleared, I will commence work on your piece.

Shipment
I will have your item shipped within 2 weeks or less, depending upon the complexity of the item. If more time is required, I will send you an e-mail to let you know why and the length of time necessary for completion. Shipping for all items is free in the United States.
Lifetime Guarantees
If your chainmail piece ever breaks, send me an e-mail and explain what happened, and then ship the item to me. If you can, please include all broken pieces and rings when you mail it. Your piece will be fixed within seven days of receiving it. However, if your piece should break due to carelessness, I will not fix your piece for free. But if it comes apart due to some sort of defect, repairs are always free.
Refunds and Exchanges
All refunds are done on a case by case situation, just send me an e-mail explaining your situation and I will work something out for you as soon as possible. If you are an international customer, all sales are final.
Sizing
One nice thing about chainmail is its versatility in sizes. Because of this, all changes up to 2 inches are free. However, items that use a very dense weave or use a rare metal will have a price increase, with the size increase. Most bracelets are 7" in length.
Due to the difficulty in ordering online jewelry, if the piece you've ordered does not fit, please send it back and I will adjust it for you. Simply mail your piece and once recieved, will require an additional two days for the adjustment. Once completed, I will then mail your item back to you. One adjustment is free per customer.

Custom Orders
There's nothing I love more than creating custom pieces for people, so please just look through the different galleries. Maybe there's a pair of earrings not in the color you want, or you would like a different weave. I have access to 14 different colors and many different weaves. Simply send me an e-mail and I can help you design the perfect piece for you.
Some of the different metals for your piece:
Anodized Aluminum is nice and lightweight and comes in many different colors. Titanium and niobium are both strong and lightweight metals that can also be colored. Galvanized steel combines strength with rugged looks and will outlast many other metals. Enameled copper comes in countless different colors and is also the metal I primarily work in.
Sterling Silver is a beautiful metal that will tarnish over time, unlike Argentium which is as strong as Sterling Silver but doesn't tarnish as quickly. Fine Silver has a much whiter and silvery look but tends to be much softer due to no other metals being combined with it. 10k gold, 14k gold, and gold-plated are all available upon request. Precious metal items will take longer to create.
Once you decide on the metal and you know exactly what piece you want, I will ask for a 50% deposit. Once I've received that, I will begin work on your customized piece. Once completely, I will post the item in the gallery, at which point you can purchase it for the other 50% percent and I will have it shipped to you.
